Service Description

Conduct a comprehensive review of your customer experience. Identify strengths and areas for improvement to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction, discuss short term and longer term, actionable changes and aspirations, complete with viable approaches to make improvements.


Cancellation Policy

It's not an issue if you need to cancel or reschedule the session, please give as much notice as possible (ideally 24 hours) and we will accommodate you as best we can. The £10 deposit will be refunded after the session, however if you do not attend the session without letting us know we will retain the deposit until we have been able to successfully re-arrange.
