UM unit can be supplied with a PC or PDA interface. Both are operated
in a similar way and provide 3 principle data displays. All of the displays give a summary of beam position and diameter at the base of the screen. |

UM110 - Target Gives a graphical representation of the beam location and diameter with respect to the device aperture. Additionally the relative power of the sample is displayed. |
